Welcome to Misty Mountain Homestead, our small family homestead in Lexington, Virginia. Here in Zone 7a, our days follow the needs of the garden and the animals, with plenty of learning along the way.
A little of everything, tended with care
Backyard poultry, cows, sheep, and goats are part of our homestead story. So are organic vegetables, raw honey, and the everyday projects that help us care for this place.
